The Senate Committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Climate Change will look into the possible administrative liabilities of both the Philippine Coast Guard (PCG) and the Maritime Industry Authority (Marina) on the oil spill that ruined the waters of Oriental Mindoro due to the sinking of the ill-fated MT Princess Empress, Sen. Cynthia Villar said.
