Federal Land and Nomura Real Estate (FNG) introduce functional innovation for everyday Japan-inspired living

Modern living in the Philippines is set to be reshaped by Federal Land and Nomura Real Estate (FNG), as they introduce Japan-inspired design to their rising developments. FNG, a joint venture between trusted developer Federal Land and Japan’s Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., integrates thoughtful design, precision, and functionality into its projects, ensuring that every space serves a purpose.

Starting with The Observatory in Mandaluyong City and Yume at Riverpark in General Trias, Cavite, FNG will feature smart layouts and meticulous craftsmanship through intentional spaces, space-saving modules, and traditional Japanese elements in a home. Each detail is carefully curated to provide residents with a unique living experience. Spaces are designed to be multifunctional, such as the Genkan—an entryway that can also serve as storage, cabinets that can be adjusted easily depending on the homeowners’ needs, and features that cater to various lifestyles and priorities. Conscious innovations like such make homes and communities more comfortable, efficient, and adaptable to the needs of Filipinos, whether they be a budding professional, growing families, or retirees looking to enjoy life.

Beyond residences, FNG also aims to foster economic growth through its commercial lots at Federal Land Communities’ township development, Riverpark, in Cavite. These lots, which are now available, make up what is envisioned to be a thriving business hub that will bring opportunities to local enterprises and global brands alike. Propelling this vision, FNG and Fast Retailing Philippines teamed up to establish a Uniqlo Logistics Facility within Riverpark North.  In 2024, the human-centric facility broke ground, and it is expected to generate jobs and boost economic activity in the region soon.

FNG renewed its partnership with Filipino-Japanese golfer Yuka Saso, the youngest two-time U.S. Women’s Open champion. Saso is the best representative of the developer’s commitment to excellence and craftsmanship, as her journey reflects their shared values of innovation, focus, and precision. These are also embedded in FNG’s approach to building well-rounded, convenient, and comfortable communities.
