Crafted by Chef BoonHoe Bun, Summer Palace’s lobster lineup features an array of new signature dishes that highlight the flavors and tender textures of this prized seafood. New favorites include the wok-fried lobster, Bi Feng Tang style, a delectable dish cooked in a crunchy layer of garlic and breadcrumbs with chilies and bell peppers, and the braised lobster noodles in superior sauce, featuring silky rice noodles enveloping sweet, succulent lobster meat. Rates start at P4,100+.

Summer Palace presents paired dim sum creations, offering guests two distinct dim sum dishes each day of the week. Each pairing is meticulously crafted to provide a delightful and varied dining experience in every bite.
