TUGUEGARAO CITY, Cagayan – Three persons were injured when a man ran amuck in Barangay Linao West here on Friday, Dec. 6.
Police said the suspect allegedly suffering from mental illness chased five people with bolo and injured three of them.
Lawmen tried to pacify the suspect and fired a warning shot.
However, the suspect attacked a policeman, prompting them to shoot him in the foot.
The victims and suspect were rushed to a hospital.
