Samsung has just launched three new smartphones to orbit around you. These are the Galaxy S23 Series, kicking off with the S23, the S23+, and the S23 Ultra.

All three smartphones feature the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor, 120Hz refresh rate with 240Hz touch sampling rate, and IP68.

The Galaxy S23 and S23+ feature a 6.1-inch FHD+ and a 6.6-inch FHD+ respectively. Both have 8GB of RAM with 128 or 256GB storage. Battery life for the S23 is 3900, while the slightly bigger S23+ has 4700mAh.

The S23 and S23+ sport a glass back with an aluminum frame. Samsung also prides itself by saying that parts of these devices are made up of recycled materials, including the top speaker module, side and, volume keys.

These two devices feature a rear triple camera setup with 12MP Ultra Wide, 50MP Wide, and 10MP Telephoto. Front camera has 12MP.

Samsung has also introduced the Galaxy S23 Ultra, and like last year’s model solidifies its position in replacing the Note line. The S23 Ultra is large and slightly different specs sheet. The main highlight of the S23 Ultra is the S Pen stylus, which boasts everything from the Note.

The S23 Ultra is also Samsung’s first phone to have a 200MP Wide camera. This is coupled with a 12MP Wide Ultra, and 10MP Telephoto. Front camera has 12MP.

The display has 6.8-inch QHD+ Edge, RAM firing up at 12GB, and storage options include 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB. Of course, battery gets a boost from the other S23 devices with 5000mAh.

Camera features of the S23 devices include wider OIS, which gives you a wider angle for a bigger frame. Night photography gets a big upgrade as well. For a professional experience, Samsung provides RAW images, along with Astrophoto, which allows you to picture the night sky without the need of professional equipment—a feature we are excited to try our upcoming review. Multiple exposures is also included, which combines multiple pictures into one for the best result.

As an added bonus for the S23 Ultra, you will now also be able to record 8K video at 30 frames per second and enhanced auto-focus. You will also be able to crop images at a much smoother and faster rate. For instance, you take a photo of yourself, you can just encircle yourself and the S23 phone is smart enough to recognize the subject and remove the entire background for you. You’ll also be able to add highlights around the cropped image. Easy thumbnails for YouTube content.

Other software features include customization settings to fit your lifestyle. For instance, your playlist will automatically play when you leave the house.
