CEBU CITY — A 32-year-old lotto outlet teller was arrested after law enforcers caught him allegedly selling shabu in Panglao town, Bohol.
Noli Clet was arrested in a buy-buy bust operation conducted by operatives of the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA)-Bohol Provincial Office past 6 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 23, in Barangay Lourdes, Panglao.

Leia Alcantara, information officer of the PDEA-Central Visayas, said 13 packs of suspected shabu amounting to P442,000 were seized from the suspect.
Alcantara said it took a two-week case buildup before the PDEA-Bohol was able to confirm the tip that the suspect was into illegal drug activity.
“According to the informant, the suspect can dispose of at least 200 grams of shabu per week,” Alcantara said.
Charges for violation of Sections 5 and 11, Article II of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act will be filed against the suspect, Alcantara said.
