“This is the end of your BISOC training, and at the same time, the beginning of a more challenging role as a public servant,” said BGen. Bazar during the graduation rites.

“When you applied for the PNP, you decided to serve and protect the people; God has given you the opportunity to fulfill your goals; thus, this is the right time for you to perform your sworn duties and responsibilities efficiently and effectively,” said Bazar in his message to the graduates.

Also present during the program were Apayao Gov. Elias C. Bulut, Jr.; Col. Leon Talleo, Chief of the Regional Special Training Unit – Cordillera; Lt. Col. Ferdinand Oydoc, Officer-in-charge of the Regional Learning and Doctrine Development Division; Col. Freddie Lazona, chief of the Regional Logistics and Research Development Division and Col.
