CAMP MARCELO A. ADDURU, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan – Brig. Gen. Percival A. Rumbaoa, Police Regional Office 2 director, administered the oath-taking, donning, and pinning of ranks of 668 newly promoted police officers in Cagayan Valley at the PRO 2 Grandstand here on Tuesday, Jan. 11.
Rumbaoa congratulated the newly promoted Police Commissioned Officers and Police Non-Commissioned Officers and added that promotion is not just an overnight work to achieve, rather, a fruit of handwork and excellent performance in rendering service.
He also awarded medals and Certificates of Appreciation to the members of the Promotion Board and Secretariat.
The event was conducted simultaneously in all police provincial offices and city police offices in Region 2.
