Former Senate President Vicente C. Sotto III today, July 7, thanked President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr, for appointing his daughter, Lala Sotto-Antonio as chairwoman of the Movie and Television Review and Classification Board (MTRCB).
“Thanking the President for the trust and confidence,’’ Sotto said in his Viber account sent to Senate reporters.
‘’I believe she will do well given her background. Besides, she has two excellent women former chairpersons to emulate, Senator Grace Poe and Congresswoman Rachel Arenas,’’ he added.
