Award-winning actress Sylvia Sanchez has accepted the challenge to let go and accept her daughter Ria Atayde's decision to leave the familial nest.
This was revealed by Ria during the final media conference of the television series "Viral Scandal" recently.
"Siguro now, the most distinct way I feel my mom's love is how she's helping me in terms of moving out. Next week, I'm going to be living on my own already," said Ria when asked about her mom's love for her children. "For the first time, I'm going to be independent already."
Ria, 30, related it is different from her post-college studies in Spain some years ago.
It took five years before Ria was finally allowed by her mom to become independent.
"Pero ngayon siya yung tumutulong sa akin bumili ng appliance... So that's how I know na she loves me right now, na parang it's not something she wants but because she knows it's what I said I need and then she's respecting and embracing and celebrating it even."
Some months ago, Ria marked her 30th birthday with daring snaps.
