On its 17th edition, the awarding event gave recognition to the best of the best real estate developers across 48 categories. The Asia Property awards is the region’s largest and most respected award, gathering nominated renowned real estate companies from Australia, Mainland China, China-HongKong, China-Macau, Japan (Greater Niseko), Maldives, Mongolia, Sri Lanka, and the ASEAN region countries such as Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
The awarding event was a gathering of distinguished real estate developers. Bringing honor to the Philippine real estate industry, AppleOne Properties bagged the Best Branded Residential Development (Asia) for The Residences at Sheraton Cebu. The award winning property highlights global standard architecture with a good balance of local aesthetics. Receiving the award for the company were AppleOne Properties CEO and President Ray Manigsaca together with wife and AppleOne Chairman Venus Manigsaca, together with their daughter Samantha Manigsaca.
