Actress-singer Aicelle Santos expressed love for her mom, who recently passed away, on social media.
On Instagram, the Kapuso artist uploaded a picture of a yellow butterfly.
She wrote: "I know this is you, Ma. (yellow heart emoji). Fly free now. Mahal na mahal na mahal po kita."
Fans condoled with her via the comment section.
Many of Aicelle's colleagues in showbiz also posted prayers.
Julie Anne San Jose wrote: "Yakap ate. Prayers and sympathies."
Kakai Bautista added: "Akap ng mahigpit na mahigpit nak."
Daryl Ong commented: "Our deepest condolences. Praying for God’s strength and comfort para sa buong family niyo."
A few days later, Aicelle uploaded a photo of her with her mom.
Her caption read: "I love you so much, Ma. (person with folded hands emoji)."
It was in September when Aicelle urged those with a good heart to help her family financially after her mom was hospitalized.
