Baskin-Robbins to close PH stores on Dec. 31

Popular ice cream chain Baskin-Robbins announced that it will shut down Philippine operations on Dec. 31, 2022. The announcement was made through a Facebook post today, Nov. 26, offering gratitude for the brand’s wonderful journey over the last eight years. 

“As a gesture of our thanks for your valued patronage over the years, we are pleased to offer a range of promos from Nov. 26 to Dec. 31, 2022,” the post read. “Enjoy a free scoop with any junior/value scoop purchase; buy-one-take-one on all pints, quarts, and half gallons; tub price (86 scoops) for only P3,500.”

“Once again, thank you very much for everything. It’s been an honor to be of service to all of you,” the announcement ended.

With more than 8,000 locations worldwide, Baskin-Robbins is the world’s largest ice cream chain founded in 1945 by Burt Baskin and Irv Robbins in California, US. Known for its 31 flavors concept, the brand believes in offering new flavors for every day of the month.
