Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) Administrator Arnell Ignacio (C) led the ribbon cutting of the newly-opened Migrant’s Brew coffee shop located at the lobby of OWWA Central office in Pasay City together with (from left) Department of Migrant Workers ASEC Venecio Legaspi, ASEC Violeta Illescas, Undersecretary Patricia Yvonne “PY” Caunan, former OWWA Administrator and DOLE Secretary Marianito D. Roque, Department of Foreign Affairs OIC of OUMWA Atty. Migrant’s Brew will serve free coffee to all OFWs while waiting for their papers and concerns to be processed. Alleviating the plight of our OFWs is the main thrust of the present administration assuring them of service that is fast and at the same time assuring them that OWWA is their second home.
