Here are 10 cool limited-time experiences to try on your next trip three hours away from Manila

A long time ago, during third century Chinese accounts, Singapore was known as "Pu-luo-chung," referring to "Pulau Ujong," which means "island at the end of a peninsula." Later, the city was dubbed Temasek, or "Sea Town."

According to legend, Sang Nila Utama, a prince from Palembang, founded a city and named it after an animal he had seen, and named it "The Lion City" or Singapura, from the Sanskrit words "simha" (lion) and "pura" (city).

Tourists flock to Singapore, widely known as the Lion City, because of its insane revisit value which contributes significantly to its appeal. Singapore is one of the world's most rapidly changing cities. Singapore's tropical rainforests, botanical gardens, and indoor lush green mountains make it a breathtaking destination.
