Jin, a member of K-pop boy band BTS, took first place in the brand reputation rankings for individual members of K-pop boy bands for November.
The Korea Corporate Research Institute released the brand reputation index based on the analysis of 108.23 million brand big data covering 703 members of K-pop boy bands from Oct. 19 to Nov. 19.
The brand reputation index was based on consumer participation, media exposure, communication and community indices.
The brand reputation index is created through brand big data analysis by finding out that consumers' online habits have a great influence on brand consumption.
BTS’ Jin ranked first in the brand reputation index for individual members of K-pop boy bands in November with a total score of 6.43 million, rising by 151.82 percent compared to his seventh place score of 2.55 million in October.
Placing second is BTS’ Jimin with a brand reputation index of 6.16 million, up by 9.73 percent from his first-place score of 5.61 million last month.
Wanna One’s Kang Daniel grabbed third place with a score of 5.9 million, an increase of 62.74 percent from his fifth-place finish of 3.6 million in October.
BTS’ Jungkook is in fourth place with 5.76 million, up by 18.7 percent from his second-place ranking last month for which he got a score of 4.85 million.
Idol and actor Cha Eun-woo, a member of boy band ASTRO, placed fifth with 4.99 million, an increase by 19.79 percent from his third-place score of 4.17 million in October.
