F2 Logistics showed it’s a legitimate title contender as it overpowered PLDT despite playing without Kalei Mau, 25-19, 25-22, 25-20, in the Premier Volleyball League Reinforced Conference at the PhilSports Arena Tuesday night, Oct. 25.

Lindsay Stalzer carried the heaviest load and unloaded 19 points distributed to 15 kills, two blocks and two service aces as the Cargo Movers nailed their second straight win after starting the season with two losses in a row.
The result sent F2 straight to the magic four alongside Chery Tiggo (4-0), Creamline (3-0), Petro Gazz (2-1) and Choco Mucho (2-2).
Kianna Dy likewise stepped up as she scattered 12 hits, enough to fill the void left by Mau, due to an undisclosed injury from their previous game.
Stalzer outshone counterpart Elena Samoilenko, who had 17 points but didn’t draw enough support from her teammates to prevent the Power Hitters from absorbing their third loss in four outings.
“We just have to be ready in some situations, we can’t control what is coming so the other players should always be ready to step up,” said F2 coach Benson Bocboc.
Abi Marano chipped in eight points while Shola Alvarez responded when her numbers were called as she contributed six hits.
For Stalzer, preparation was key.
“We scouted them really well. As soon as we got to the locker, I could tell we meant business today,” said Stalzer.
