"Again, I'm soliciting your support and commitment as I lead PRO3 to make our region a safer place to live, work, for tourists to visit and do business,” said Pasiwen during a turnover ceremony of the new provincial director in Pampanga on Saturday, Oct. 22.

“Let us continue to serve with all sincerity for the continued peace and development of not only Pampanga but also Central Luzon," added Pasiwen.

Pasiwen presided over the turn-over of the new head of the Pampanga Police Provincial Office which is now under officer-in-charge Col. Levy Hope Basilio.

Col Basilio replaced Col. Alvin Ruby Consolacion who served as the acting provincial director for seven months.

Basilio is a member of Philippine National Police Academy Class of 2000 and was formerly assigned to the National Capital Region.

His appointment as OIC is like a homecoming for him since he served as the Chief of Police of Guagua, Porac and City of San Fernando Police Station.
