PCSO donates P4-M financial aid to Parañaque LGU


Philippine Charity Sweepstake Office (PCSO) General Manager Melquides Robles donated P4 million in financial assistance to the Parañaque City government on Friday, Oct. 20.

Robles handed the donation during his courtesy visit to Parañaque City Mayor Eric Olivarez and 1st District Rep. Edwin Olivarez.

The financial assistance is as an additional funding for medical and education programs of the city government.

The mayor and Rep. Olivarez were joined by City Treasurer Dr. Anthony Pulmano, and City Administrator Voltaire dela Cruz in welcoming Robles at the Parañaque City Hall.

Rep. Olivarez warmly welcomed Robles and his staff and gave him a copy of the book “Parañaque, A Mega City By the Bay”.

Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA) General Manager Carlo Dimayuga III also visited the congressman’s office.

“We are thankful for the visits of these distinguished gentlemen and we look forward to continue our productive working relationships with both the MMDA and the PCSO,” Rep. Olivarez said.
