Moises Padilla police chief Maj. Jovito Bose reported the arrest of Joy Jaravilla, a resident of Barangay 5 Poblacion who was considered a high value individual owing to the volume of illegal drugs recovered from him.

Bose said that Jaravilla was previously arrested for a drug offense in Isabela town, and was later released through plea bargaining.

Bose said Jaravilla allegedly continued engaging in the illegal drug trade.

Bose said they are probing the allegations of Jaravilla that the illegal drugs were allegedly sourced out from a barangay here and in the southern part of the province.
