A day after Trixie Cruz Angeles tendered her resignations Press Secretary, at least three names have emerged as her possible replacement, namely, Estrada administration press secretary Mike Toledo, director Paul Soriano, and transportation undersecretary Cesar Chavez.
Former executive secretary Vic Rodriguez has formally severed any ties with the Marcos administration with a Facebook confirmation.
Meanwhile, life goes on for the Marcos administration with President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. hailing the contribution of teachers to society on World and National Teachers Day, and underscoring that the climate change agenda is a top priority of his government during a multi-sectoral forum for the environment.
The country’s weather agency also declared the “habagat (southwest monsoon)” over with the cooler “amihan (northeast monsoon)” set to be felt in the coming days.
