This Band is all set for a new music drop this weekend.
The “Kahit Ayaw Mo Na” band will be releasing their latest single titled “Higit Sa Sapat” on streaming platforms this Friday, October 7.
The new single is described as “a return-to-basics approach" for the group.
A record executive from This Band’s label further adds that “Higit Sa Sapat” is all about "dramatic sonics and harmonies."
The band’s keyboardist, Melvin Carson, also mentioned that the band will officially launch the new single with a show.
“We’ll be marking the release of “Higit Sa Sapat” with a gig at 70’s Bistro this Saturday. It’s our way of getting out there again with our fans who have always been so supportive of our music.”
The new single is the first from the group since their 2021 single “Wala Ka Nang Magagawa” and the collaboration single “Bahala Na” with Callalily released the same year.
The “Higit Sa Sapat Single launch” this October 8 at the 70’s Bistro will also feature the groups Mayonnaise and Pusakalye.
The bands Intrepid, Vanz Bonaobra, Beyond Expression, In Between and Helena will be the opening acts for said show. Entrance fee is at 350 pesos.
Show starts at 7 pm.
This Band, which includes vocalist Andrea Manzano, guitarist-songwriter Euwie Von Lorias, bassist Miccael Galvan, lead guitarist Reymart Gubat, drummer John Macaranas and keyboardist Melvin Carson, recently celebrated their fifth year as band.
