The best way to kick off your Aperol afternoon dining is with its classic drink. Aperol Spritz Sundown’s unique bittersweet taste derives from a secret and original recipe that has remained authentic through the years. The infusion of selected primary flavor components such as oranges, herbs, and roots make this concoction a perfectly balanced combination.
A great starter dish is the bar’s Loaded Nachos—and it is truly loaded. The beloved Mexican dish is a meal on its own, which is why it is best shared with a company. It offers a generous serving of nachos topped with tomato salsa and jalapeno. To contrast the light tartness and spiciness, the plate also comes with guacamole, sour cream, and cheese to round up the experience.
The next thing people should try is its Cheeseburger Slides. These sandwiches may appear bit-sized but they truly pack mean flavors. The beef patties are juicy and have the right amount of char. Feasting on it fresh from the bar’s brick oven makes for a perfect Instagram moment, especially with the melted cheese stretching.
