Senate suspends work due to ‘Karding’


The Senate has suspended work at the Senate for Monday, September 26, 2022 due to the super typhoon “Karding.”

Senate Secretary Renato Bantug Jr., on Sunday, September 25, issued an advisory announcing the suspension of work at the Upper Chamber on September 26, Monday due to super typhoon "Karding."

Senate Secretary Renato Bantug Jr. issued the advisory today, Sept. 25, Sunday stating that Senate President Juan Miguel “Migz” Zubiri has declared the suspension.

The Senate will resume session at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, September 27.
