PAGUDPUD, Ilocos Norte – A landslide triggered by inclement weather blocked the Manila North Road in Sitio Banquero, Barangay Pancian, here Monday, Sept. 12.

As a result, the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH)-Ilocos Norte First District Engineering Office said it is closed to all types of vehicles.

Clearing operation would take three or five days, according to the DPWH.
