With more than 50 million combined followers on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube, no doubt Filipino-Lebanese Zeinab Harake is one of the most sought-after endorsers in the country these days. She admits she has been swamped with movie and television offers.
But Zeinab reveals she's still having second thoughts about accepting movie and television projects.
"Nagstart pa lamang po ako sa YouTube, may mga movie offers na. More on management. Kaya lang po, ayoko po muna i-crossover kung nasaan man ako ngayon dahil na rin sa dami ng responsibilities ko. No. 1 may baby na ako. Hindi ko po masabi na 100 percent hindi ako tatanggap dahil hanggang ngayon may mga offers po talaga at pinipili po namin talaga," says Zeinab, during the launch of her oral care line for Beautederm, held at the Luxent Hotel in Quezon City last Sept. 8. She was introduced by Beautéderm President and CEO Rhea Anicoche-Tan.
She adds: "Hindi po ako magdudunong-dunungan sa mga bagay na hindi ko naman linya. So stay lang muna ako kung nasaan man po ako ngayon. Happy and contented na po ako doon."
Zeinab, 23, also says her showbiz crush is Piolo Pascual. She also admires Kapuso couple Marian Rivera and Dingdong Dantes.
Asked if she would accept a movie offer with Piolo, Zeinab says: "Siguro kung bibigyan naman po talaga ako ng opportunity na one in a million lang talaga ako na mabibigyan ng ganung pagkakataon, kung tingin ko po kaya kong gawin yun, pipilitin ko na gagawin ko ang very, very best ko. Kung hindi ko naman kayang gampanan, hindi ko naman ipipilit. Magiging tutoo lang talaga ako sa sarili ko."
Following her breakup with rapper Skusta Clee, Zeinab admits that she's in a relationship these days, but she wants everything private in the meantime. Zeinab and Skusta have a daughter.
Zenaib describes her baby as the best gift she has ever received by far. "Sa tutoo lang, hindi po yan mapapantayan ng ano mang gamit. Makikipagpatayan ka dyan. Anak mo 'yan eh. Kahit na ano'ng mangyari pagbaligtarin mo man ang mundo, gagawin mo ang lahat. Anak mo is anak mo. Dati hindi ko na apprereciate yung mama ko. As in hindi talaga akong perfect na tao. Pero mas na-appreciate niya ako at perfect na perfect yung tingin niya sa akin nung naging mommy na ako. So ganun po yung pakiramdam pag naging nanay ka na."
