WTFu by MR. FU: Former security guard joins the world of Pinoy rap music

Ruel Rada

Poverty did not hinder Ruel Rada to pursue his dreams. He worked as a security guard for eight years just to fund his education.

He graduated Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology major in Architectural Drafting from Earist Cavite. His degree opened doors for him to be a lecturer in his alma mater. (turuan mo ko ako bro!)

“Nagtuturo po ako ng Autocad. Interior at Exterior Design.

Ruel has also penetrated the entertainment industry. Aside from joining male pageants, he is also into acting. Kadalasan sexy film, may nakapartner nakong babae, meron narin yung kapwa lalaki." (so pwede pala tayo bro!)

But he is most passionate about is music. He writes and performs rap songs and even tagged himself as “Ibor Sakalam" as his performer name. (malakas ba talaga resistensya mo bro?!)

“Idol ko kasi si Robin Padilla. Kaya naisip ko nung una Robi. Pero uso kasi yung binabaligtad, kaya Ibor tapos yung Sakalam," Ruel explains. (kahit pagbali- baligtarin mo pa ako bro!)

He started writing songs for his younger brother who unfortunately died while they were in the process of collaboration.

“22 years old lang sya nung ma-depress dahil sa love life.

The 29-year-old Caviteno is determined to share his knowledge in drawing to students and his love for rap songs to music lovers.
