Oheb welcomes V33Wise back with savage vs NXPE

Jonmar “OhmyV33nus” Villaluna and Danerie “Wise” Del Rosario returned in style but it was Kiel “Oheb” Soriano who put up the fireworks as he scored the very first savage of season to lift Blacklist International past Nexplay Evos, 2-1, in the MPL Philippines Season 10 at the ICite Auditorium in Libis, Quezon City on Friday, Aug. 12.

Facing a tough challenge from NXPE which caught the M3 World Champions off-guard after forcing a deciding Game 3, the dynamic duo of OhmyV33nus and Wise stamped its class anew with a surprise combination of jungle Natalia pick and roaming Diggie.

The ploy worked to perfection as Blacklist overpowered NXPE in the decider 16-3 with Wise putting on the pressure against Nexplay core heroes and finished with a 4-1-7 KDA.

With all the focus on pulling all the stops to contain Wise's Natalia, Oheb's Beatrix had a free reign on his farm and dominated the team fights, topping it off with savage in the final siege from Blacklist. He finished with a 6-1-2 line.

OhMyV33nus and Wise actually showed no signs of rust as they spearheaded a masterful 14-4 in the series opener.

An early pick off on John Paul "H2wo" Salonga's jungle Julian and James "Jeymz" Gloria's Uranus allowed Blacklist to seize map control in the early game.

NXPE tried to recover from the early blunder but Ohmyv33nus' defense on the Bulwark Shield of his Lolita pick proved to be an impenetrable armor for the M3 champs, allowing Oheb’s Beatrix and Salic "Hadji" Imam's Xavier to safely dish out the damage from distance.

Oheb finished with a 6-1-3 KDA while Ohmyv33nus tallied 1-1-9.

Determined to make an impression in their Season 10 debut, NXPE utilized an explosive offensive lineup to score a huge win against Blacklist's signature UBE lineup anchored on OhmyV33nus’ signature Estes.

Leaning on Micophobia's roaming Natalia pick and Yellyhaze's midlane Julian, NXPE didn't give Blacklist heroes enough space to farm with its relentless aggression.

NXP finished the game with an 11-2 tally in just 13 minutes of play as Jeymz scored a neat 5-0-5 line on the Dyrroth while Micophobia added a 4-2-5 line, enough to snatch a point from Blacklist.
