BLACKPINK to make comeback on Aug. 19; to hold Manila concert in March 2023 


K-pop girl group BLACKPINK unveiled their comeback schedule and launch of their new world tour.

According to YG Entertainment, BLACKPINK will return with the release of their new song “Pink Venom” on Aug. 19.

“BLACKPINK is making a comeback on the 19th. The title of their new song is ‘Pink Venom,’ and will be pre-released at 1 p.m. that day,” the agency said, according to the YG blog.

The “Pink Venom” poster showed canine teeth as the main feature.

“We’re happy we could disclose information on the pre-release song, which also represents the start of the major ‘BORN PINK’ project, on the day of the girls’ debut anniversary (August 8th). We hope this serves as a gift for global fans who have been waiting for their comeback,” the agency added.

BLACKPINK’s comeback is under the “Born Pink” project, which also includes the release of the studio album and music video for the title song in September and world tour in October.

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK also revealed the dates and cities for their “Born Pink” World Tour.

In Manila, BLACKPINK will hold the concert on March 25 next year.

BLACKPINK will launch the tour on Oct. 15 and 16 in Seoul followed by Dallas on Oct. 25 and Houston on Oct. 29.
