Jaya is facing another upheaval.
A fire has engulfed her US residence.
The singer took to social media Monday to share with fans a picture of their house, going on to assure them that despite the damage, she and the rest of her family are all safe.

She wrote: "God is so good! Our house just burned to the ground but we are all safe! I have no words but GOD IS GOOD!!!"
Several of her celebrity friends were quick to reach out.

Note that Jaya moved to the US last year to start over amid the pandemic.
