In a decree dated July 21, the prelate said, rhe need for the establishment of parish social action centers is important as this will serve as the bridge of the Social Action Center of Zambales in carrying out the programs and services in the community.

Santos said the established parish social action centers will focus on four main thrusts namely: alay kapwa, political maturity, humanitarian and ecology to ensure that the poor and environment will be the utmost priority.

He said the establishment of the parish social action centers will commence on the year 2023 to be facilitated by the Social Action Center of Zambales (SACZ).

"Accompaniment visit on the first quarter will be undertaken by SACZ to listen to the present situation of the parishes in terms of social services, advocacy and ecological state," said Santos.

"The diocesan social action will provide trainings on the second to fourth quarter to respond to the needs that will come up on the consultation process," he added.
