The Civil Service Commission (CSC) is inviting state workers to participate in the 2022 Philippine Civil Service Anniversary (PCSA) photo contest.
In a statement, the deadline for submission of entries is on July 30. Entries should reflect the theme, “Transforming Public Servants Toward Resiliency,” the agency said.
"For 2022, the thematic focus is on resilience, which is part of building smart organizations and a future-ready civil service," the CSC said.
"Resilience has been shown by the civil service during the pandemic crisis in its readiness to accept challenges and ability to give continued assistance to the public," it added.
The competition has two categories: individual and group, the CSC said.
The individual category is "open to all government employees regardless of employment status."
On the other hand, the group category is "open to all public sector employee organizations (PSEOs) registered with the CSC and Bureau of Labor Relations."
"Entries under the individual category should be submitted via email to the CSC Regional Office (RO) which has jurisdiction over the employee’s agency. The directory of CSC ROs can be found at www.csc.gov.ph/cscrod," the agency said.
"PSEOs should submit entries directly to the Human Resource Relations Office (HRRO) thru [email protected]," it added.
The CSC said that three winners will be selected per region in the individual category with the third placer getting P5,000; the second placer, P8,000; and the first placer, P10,000.
"All regional winners will be elevated to the national level where the first placer receives P20,000; the second placer, P15,000; and the third placer, P10,000," it added.
"In the group category, all entries will be judged at the national level with the first placer receiving P30,000; the second placer, P25,000; and the third placer, P20,000," it furthered.
