Jade Gentapa hammered down 13 kills to finish with 15 points for the Lady Blazers, who stretched their winning run to eight games with one game left in the eliminations.

Another victory for St. Benilde in its Saturday encounter with Arellano would earn them an outright spot to the best-of-three finals.

Perpetual Help slipped to its sixth defeat against two wins, eliminating them from the Final Four race.

Cristy Ondangan also spelled the difference with 11 points for the Lady Blazers, who needed exactly an hour in disposing of the Lady Altas.

St. Benilde sizzled on the service line with 10 aces while also converting 38 kills and seven blocks.
