Bonilla said the victim had been separated from his wife and both already have new relationships.

Investigation showed the victim was walking and talking to someone on his cellular phone when two unidentified men onboard a motorcycle appeared.

One of them drew a gun and shot the victim in the neck. The gunman took his cellular phone and fled with his companion.
