K-pop group Tomorrow X Together to hold concert in Manila in October


K-pop boy band Tomorrow X Together (TXT) will be coming to the Philippines to hold a concert for the first time.

Big Hit Music, the group’s agency, announced on June 21 TXT’s “Act: Love Sick” in Asia concert tour.

“‘Tomorrow X Together World Tour In Asia’ is coming to you in October. We look forward to MOA’s interest and support,” the agency stated.

In Manila, the concert will be held for two days. TXT will be performing on Oct. 15 and 16 at the Mall of Asia Arena.

Philippine concert promoter Pulp Live World also announced the holding of the event in Manila.

“You heard it right MOA! The long awaited @TXT_bighit are finally coming to Manila! Oct 15 & 16 at SM Mall of Asia Arena We hope to see you all there!” it posted on Twitter.

In a video, TXT members shared the good news.

"Recently, we shared the news of our Seoul and US concerts for our world tour. We promised to see MOA in more places. Do you remember? So we're back with more good news today. This October, we'll be saying hello to MOA in Asia through our 'Act: Love Sick' tour,” they said.

TXT added, “We're so excited because this will be our first concert in Asia. As it's our first, we'll be working even harder to prepare for it.”

Besides Manila, TXT will be going to Indonesia, Taiwan and Thailand. They will hold the concert in Jakarta on Oct. 12 at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition; Taipei on Oct. 19 at the Taipei Nangang Exhibition Center; and Bangkok on Oct. 22 and 23 at the Thunder Dome Muang Thong Thani.
