O/C Records, founded by Kean Cipriano and his wife Chynna Ortaleza-Cipriano, celebrated its fourth anniversary with performances from some of the country's most promising artists at the Take Over Bar in Quezon City last June 15.

For four years, the label has been producing songs from artists with their respective genres. According to Kean, he still can't believe that it has been four years since they started the company.

"Kung babalikan ko lahat ng nangyari, ganun kabilis na yun, four years? Kahit sobrang dami nangyari at nakilalang artists, daming nagawa. Parang kung babalikan ko siya, ang bilis pa rin and we're just so grateful," shared Kean during the interview.

Also present during the event were O/C recording artists Unique, Adie, Eugene Layug, Kenaniah, Chelsea Ronquillo, and Pappel. Kean also performed his original songs.

Chynna also shared that she is looking forward to meeting new artists in the future.

"We are blessed to be surrounded by these amazing artists, at this point we started from six artists, Unique was one of our pioneer artists. Marami po tayong OC artists na makikilala sa future," Chynna mentioned.

With over 300 produced songs, Kean and Chynna said that they want to discover more talents and expand their business in the entertainment industry, as they signed actor Gold Aceron, and Director Kris Cazin.

Established in 2018 as the home of “odd creatures” by Callalily frontman Kean and his partner Chynna, O/C Records has made strides — delivering remarkable artistic stories in their odd fashion way through a musical force brought about varying creatives in the music scene.

Since its inception, O/C Records has come to be the fastest-rising music company in the Philippines.

Evincing a fervor to transport notable artistic stories through the power of music, O/C Records has been a cradle to breakthrough OPM stars such as singer-songwriters Unique, Adie, and mrld — new creatives who came to prominence as they auspiciously produce music of our time.

By the same token, the artist house has also become the home of digital creatives and content creators like Mimiyuuuh, Dora, and Gwy Saludes — artists who have proven the glaring outturn of peculiar art.

O/C Records gave birth to a couple of remarkable top artistes in the music industry today, such as Arthur Nery and Rice Lucido — OPM talents who have crafted laudable music and are indeed worthy of a spotlight in today’s various hit playlists.

On top of such achievements, O/C Records blissfully presents upcoming stars who are set to make their unique mark in the OPM industry, such as Kenaniah and Sean Oquendo.

The record label also evolved into managing the careers of actors and directors such as Gold Aceron and Kris Cazin — creatives who amplify and bring color to the wide range of memoirs that O/C Records has been offering to people from all walks of life.

In its four-year run, O/C Records has set the roots of a music label that nourishes the creative freedom of artists — presenting an unorthodox style of delivering prolific stories.
