According to IST Entertainment on June 13, The Boyz’s agency, member Jacob has been confirmed to have Covid-19.

The agency said “we would like to inform you that The Boyz member Jacob has been additionally tested for COVID-19 and is concentrating on rest and treatment.” He has no special symptoms.

This is the second time that Jacob has tested positive for the virus. In February this year, Jacob got Covid-19 following his arrival in Korea after vacationing in Canada, his birthplace.

IST Entertainment also said The Boyz members Juyeon, Kevin and Q, who were announced to have Covid-19 last June 8, have now tested negative.

“The Boyz members Juyeon, Kevin and Q, who tested positive for Covid-19 during the tour in the US, have been informed that they have tested negative. The members are currently asymptomatic and are resting and continuously checking their health,” the agency said.

IST Entertainment previously said the three members and some touring staff tested positive “during The Boyz World Tour: The B-Zone in USA.”

As a result, The Boyz’s shows in Dallas, Texas, and San Jose, California were postponed.
