The second coming of Krista Miller

Krista Miller

From notoriety to redemption. Six years after being linked to a married actor and getting arrested (then imprisoned) over drug charges, sexy actress Krista Miller  now declares herself "clean," with a new direction in her showbiz career.

She knows that this is her second lease on life and is determined not to let it go to waste. Serving jail time for two years, Krista did a couple of indie movies after her release in 2018, but had to lay low again because she had to finish college. It was during this time that she worked as a call center agent and online English teacher to support her kids and her studies.

Now that it's 2022, Krista can proudly say that she holds a bachelor's degree in communication arts from Far Eastern University. Best of all, she is now fully-focused on her career with tough decisions to make. The actress revealed that she will soon end her contract with Viva Artists Agency in order to switch to AQ Prime, a new streaming company.

"Boss Vic (del Rosario, of Viva) and I have already talked. Ok na kami," she stated. She also announced that she has three adult movies scheduled for showing when AQ Prime launches this June. These are Bingwit, Upuan and Amazona.

"Sobrang thankful ako na nabigyan ako ng opportunity ng AQ Prime, ang dami nilang ino-offer. Ang maganda sa kanila, binibigyan nila ng chance ang mga artista kahit hindi pa kilala. Ginalingan ko naman ang mga film ko na ginawa para sa kanila para walang pagsisisi," Krista noted.

(I am thankful to be given this opportunity, and a lot of offers, by AQ Prime. What's good with them is that they give artists a fair chance, even those who are not well-known. I gave my best in the films I did for the company so that they will have no regrets getting me, Krista noted.)

Aside from shooting for movies, the actress is also a host for "Sikat Noon, Sikat Ngayon" which airs every Saturday on Euro TV.

Looking back, Krista said she does not regret that dark period in her life because it made her the strong person she is today. It also gave her the realization that not all friends will be there when push comes to shove.

"Filter the people you have in your life because not everyone will have good intentions for you," she advised. "I am very happy with my life now. May friends ako pero konti na lang. Pero kahit konti man, totoo sila sa akin."
