Building A is one of the two buildings of the Alabang Central Market which has a total lot area of 20,000 sq. m. Building A houses the wet and vegetable sections, while Building B, once completed, will be the location of the dry goods and groceries sections.

Building A has three floors with a total of 448 stalls. The building’s ground floor consists of 242 stalls for fish, chicken, beef, and pork products, 11 "buko" stalls, five commercial/dry stalls, six canteen stalls with a toilet, while the second floor has 172 vegetable stalls and 12 canteen stalls.

Fresnedi hopes the new market will boost the local economy and help small business owners in the city recover from the pandemic's challenges.

Also joining the inauguration ceremony were Vice Mayor Temy Simundac, city councilors, City Administrator Engr. Allan Cachuela, and Muntinlupa City Public Market chief Randy Garcia.

The three-story Building B will have 357 stalls for groceries, sari-sari stores, supplies, and a canteen.

The new Alabang Central Market buildings are equipped with fire protection features such as fire hose cabinets, sprinkler systems, and fire alarm detection. Some of the facilities include a rainwater collector, LED lights, and solar panel-ready.

Facilities at the site development also include material recovery facilities, electrical room, genset room, ice storage/ice plant, product storage (wet and dry), meat inspection office, and security office.

The site has a parking capacity for 235 private cars, eight accessible parking slots, and slots for 13 tricycles, 54 motorcycles, and 23 delivery trucks.
