Claire was also a World Championships of Performing Arts (WCOPA) semi-finalist, multimedalist, and played the young Nala in "Disney's Lion King: The Musical" international tour.

Asked how she prepared for the competition, Claire said prayers, practice, and believing in herself helped her pass the contest with flying colors. "What motivates me the most is the never-ending support of my parents, sister, family friends, and Clairebears."

Claire also said she made friends with the other contestants. "They were so amazing and super talented."

She thanked her coach, Broadway star Lea Salonga, for her all-out support during her memorable journey to the singing competition.

"I also would like to thank the producers Kuya Garth Garcia of Starlink Promotions and Ms. Angel Bonilla of Discovery Philippines for this opportunity.  I would like to thank Coach Lea Salonga and her mom Abu Ligaya for believing in me and my school OB Montessori Center Greenhills for always supporting me," said Claire, also a scholar in her school.
