Sustainable nail polish brand strengthens advocacy efforts with the Philippine Foundation for Breast Care Inc.
UK-formulated nail polish brand Nami Natural collaborates with the Philippine Foundation for Breast Care Inc. to support programs that benefit indigent breast cancer patients.
The beauty company that offers a healthy, toxin-free, and planet-friendly alternative to conventional nail polishes first opened its doors to the Filipino market in December last year. Committed to creating a positive impact on the community, Nami Natural pledged to donate a portion of its sales to the renowned Philippine Foundation for Breast Care Inc. (PFBCI), otherwise known as the Kasuso Foundation.
A study conducted by the Global Cancer Observatory reveals that breast cancer is the most common type of cancer among Filipino women. The same research has shown that in 2020, breast cancer ranked as the most prevalent type of cancer in the Philippines, recording an estimate of more than 27,000 new cases.
