Herlene Budol, the TV personality known more prior as "Hipon Girl," took to Instagram recently to share with fans her latest feat as Binibining Pilipinas candidate.
Apparently, she was chosen as Miss Black Water 2022 at an event by Ever Bilena Cosmetics as attended by several other Binibining Pilipinas candidates.
Herlene posted several photos from the event.
She wrote: "Panibagong araw hatid ay pani bagong pag-asa. Maraming Salamat sa iyo dakilang Ama sa blessings na tinatamasa ko ngayon.
