‘ML Hall of Fame?’ Dominant V33wise joins Ribo in Duckeyy’s list

The MPL Philippines winners Jonmar “OhmyV33nus” Villaluna and Danerie “Wise” Del Rosario have now joined CJ “Ribo” Ribo as three of the winningest players in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang scene — enough for Bren Esports head coach Francis “Duckeyy” Glindro to put the two in the conversation of the ML Hall of Fame list if there will be one.

The dynamic duo had made a great case for themselves as they authored one of the most dominant runs in recent memory, having featured in the six straight Finals appearances across six tournaments that they played in.

They were in the Grand Finals of the MPL Seasons 7 and 8, Mobile Legends Southeast Asia Cup (MSC) 2021, MPL Invitational, M3 World Championship and recently the Southeast Asian Games. Veewise went on to win the title in four of those events, finishing runner-up in the MPLI and MSC.

“If there’s something like an MLBB Hall of Fame, there’ll be 3 names in it: Ribo, Villaluna, and Del Rosario,” said Duckeyy in a post on his Facebook page.

Among the three, Ribo has an edge with an MSC title, having completed the ML ‘Grandslam’ feat after winning four titles in the four major MLBB events - the MSC, MPL PH, M2 World Championships and SEA Games.

Outside their championship runs with Blacklist, V33wise also had two runner-up finishes in the MPL PH Seasons 4 and 5 and a PH representative in the M1 Worlds.
