A 78-year-old woman, who went missing two months ago, was found dead on Tuesday, May 17, in the mountain of Barangay Minuyan, Norzagaray, Bulacan.
Police identified the victim as Primitiva Faustino Cruz, a resident of Sitio Obrero, Barangay Minuyan, Norzagaray.
Col. Charlie A. Cabradilla, acting Bulacan police director, citing the report of Lt. Col. Cris Cordero Jr., Norzagaray acting police chief, said a security guard of the Republic Cement found the remains of the woman.
Cruz was last seen on March 23 walking around the village.
When she failed to return home, Cruz’s relatives tried their best to locate her but she was nowhere to be found. They later went to the police and reported her missing.
