Girls’ Generation to make comeback after 5 years with new album


Iconic K-pop group Girls’ Generation will be making their return to the music scene by releasing a new album after five years.

Girls’ Generation will release a new album in August to mark their 15th anniversary since debuting in 2007.

The group debuted in August 2007 with the single “Into the New World.” The upcoming album will come after their released “Holiday Night” in August 2017 and will be participated in by the eight members.

Girls’ Generation will also be appearing on various TV shows and reality programs to commemorate the release of the 15h anniversary album.

Since their debut, Girls' Generation have released hit songs such as “Gee,” “Genie,” “The Boys” and “Lion Heart.”

Each member of the group is pursuing solo activities.
