The 12 senators-elect, he said, and their companions will pass by the “traditional backdrop” prepared by the poll body.

Laudiangco said each senator-elect is only allowed to bring a maximum of five companions.

After that, he said they will then pass through the security entrance of the Philippines International Convention Center (PICC) Forum Tent.

Senators-elect and their companions will be asked for their vaccination cards beforehand for them to have a swift entrance to the venue, the acting spokesperson noted.

“So after that, mag-pro-proceed po tayo sa designated places nila (they will the proceed to their designated places), and then the program will proceed,” Laudiangco said.

When asked if Comelec commissioners were already assigned to raise the hands of winning candidates, he said no one has been assigned yet.

As to the conduct of interviews with senators-elect, Laudiangco said they are still finalizing the details about it.
