Sibol Free Fire Team 2, composed of professional players from the Rise Nation team, closed the opening day at the seventh spot with 45 points while the Sibol Free Fire Team 1 from God Ascend finished ninth in the 10-team contest with 41 points.

Rise Nation had 30 rank points and 15 kill points while God Ascend ended up with 25 rank points and 16 kill points

Both squads actually had a rough start in the tournament and spent the first few rounds at the cellar of the standings. Both Rise Nation and God Ascend had their best placing so far in the tournament in Map 7 where they finished second and third place respectively.

That allowed the two PH teams to slightly climb up the standings although still way behind leaders Indonesia’s Team 1 which had 139 total points built on two Booyah, 57 rank points and 89 kill points and Thailand’s Team 1 which collected 104 total points build on tournament-high three Booyah and with 53 rank points and 51 kill points.

Rounding up the top three is Indonesia’s Team which amassed a total of 102 points on one Booyah, 47 rank points and 55 kill points.

The final seven games of the tournament on the second day of the event on Sunday will be crucial for the PH teams if they wish to catch up and secure a podium finish. The top three teams in the total standings at the end of the 14-game tournament will bag the medals.
