It has been weeks since KC Concepcion was announced as replacement for Toni Gonzaga in the Hollywood film "Asian Persuasion."
Many congratulated her about it.
Her dad, Senator Kiko Pangilinan, was among the first.
Some of her celebrity friends including Lovi Poe, Iza Calzado, Vina Morales and Arci Muñoz, among many others, followed suit.
But there was silence on her mother's end.

Many were worried, thinking the two are at odds.
Mega belied this recently, posting a sweet note to her daughter with actor gabby Concepcion.
"My eldest (KC) now doing an all-Asian, mostly Pinoy Hollywood movie. Tina, I am proud of you!" she wrote as caption in a video post featuring a young KC.
