A total of 3,029 individuals out of 5,567 examinees passed the Electrical Engineer Licensure Exam, the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) announced on Thursday, May 5.
The licensure exam was given by the Board of Electrical Engineering in Manila, Baguio, Cagayan de Oro, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Koronadal, Legazpi, Lucena, Pagadian, Pampanga, Rosales, Tacloban, Tuguegarao, and Zamboanga in April 2022.
PRC also disclosed that the University of the Philippines (UP) Los Baños emerged as the top-performing school in the said exam with a passing percentage of 96.23 percent.
Rob Christian Magdayo Caduyac of UP Los Baños likewise garnered the highest place in the licensure exam with a rating of 91.70 percent.
Meanwhile, in the same advisory, PRC announced that 1,717 out of 3,712 individuals have passed the Master Electrician Licensure Exam.
Sorsogon State College, with a passing percentage of 84.93 percent, topped the April 2022 Master Electrician Licensure Exam while Rodriner Casugbo Billones of Capiz State University garderned the highest place in the boards with a rating of 93 percent.
