Commission on Elections (Comelec) Commissioner Marlon Casquejo said these groups are PDP-Laban, National Unity Party, Aksyon Demokratiko, Partido Federal ng Pilipinas, Nacionalista Party, Liberal Party, United Nationalist Alliance, Lakas-CMD, NPC, Partido para sa Demokratikong Reporma, Akbayan, and Laban ng Demokratikong Pilipino.

"These are 12 groups without naming the dominant majority and dominant minority because this is still under computation. Since this is 12, two of which will be declared as the dominant majority party and the other one will be the dominant minority party. The rest will be the 10 major political parties, which will have access to our transparency server. They will be given work stations," he said in a press briefing Thursday, April 28.

"For the full transparency, we include the 10 major political parties, which was approved yesterday by the en banc. They will have access to our transparency server," added Casquejo.

Others who have access to the transparency server are the Kapisanan ng Brodkaster ng Pilipinas, Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (citizens arm), dominant parties, and media.

The Comelec started hearing the petitions for accreditation for the majority, minority parties and 10 major political parties for the upcoming polls on April 26.

On Saturday, the poll body will hold a transparency media server walkthrough at the University of Santo Tomas in Manila.
